A massive Attack by Balochistan Liberation Army on Pakistan: 102 Pakistani Soldiers Dead

In recent times, massive Attack by Balochistan Liberation Army on Pakistan has been carried out, one of the most significant attacks on the Pakistan Army has taken place, in which 102 soldiers lost their lives. The attack was carried out by the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), which has also caused massive damage to the infrastructure in Balochistan. The BLA has destroyed several highways and bridges, especially those used by both Pakistan and China, in a campaign they have named “Operation Hero of Balochistan“. The claim of responsibility by the BLA has caused an uproar in Pakistan, with the group saying that the campaign is not over yet.

The attacks have taken place across Balochistan, with several locations being targeted and the Pakistani government suffering significant economic losses. Pakistani authorities are struggling to respond effectively to the coordinated nature of these attacks. The actions of the BLA are being covered not only by the Indian media but also by Pakistani and international outlets. The group’s primary goal is to liberate Balochistan from what it sees as exploitation by the Pakistani government and China, particularly under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). The BLA claims that Balochistan’s resources are being plundered while the local population is underdeveloped and marginalized. Historically, Balochistan has suffered oppression from Pakistan’s central government, particularly the Punjab region.

Formed in response to years of injustice, the BLA aims to create an independent Balochistan. The group has particularly targeted people of Punjabi ethnicity in its attacks, accusing them of exploiting Balochistan’s resources. One of the most sinister aspects of the BLA’s operations is their systematic method of targeting individuals based on ethnicity. Reports suggest that BLA militants have stopped buses in Balochistan, checked the identities of passengers, and killed those identified as Punjabi. This systematic targeting has further complicated the security situation in the region. The BLA has also claimed control of Bela Camp, a Pakistani military installation, their largest attack on Pakistani soil to date. The scale and coordination of these attacks has shaken the Pakistani government and military. While violence is never a solution, the situation in Balochistan is complex, due to decades of political and economic marginalization.

Former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, now in prison, predicted several years ago that the situation in Balochistan could mirror events in East Pakistan (now Bangladesh), where repression led to a successful independence movement. The BLA continues to grow in strength despite being labelled a terrorist organisation by the US under pressure from Pakistan. The group’s influence is growing, and many in Balochistan are joining them in hopes of a future independent of Islamabad and Beijing.

The recent attacks have attracted significant international attention, with the BLA claiming that their actions are a response to Pakistan’s failed counter-terrorism campaign, Azam-e-Ishq Kaam. As the situation unfolds, it is expected that Balochistan will remain in the headlines, with potential major developments on the horizon. There have already been protests at Pakistan’s Gwadar port, located in Balochistan, and tensions in the region are likely to escalate further. The world now waits to see how Pakistan and China will respond to this growing rebellion. it will remain in the news, if some updates come, I will bring an updated article for you later..
